He explained everything to me, so I could understand and made me feel more at ease. He also came to see me afterwards to see how I was. Very professional and caring

Dr Lie was very personable and in the moment, spending time to explain everything to my mother-in-law, who is elderly and concerned about her op. .He allayed her fears and had a good bedside manner. A really nice guy

I was apprehensive about a forthcoming operation and had a number of unanswered questions. Dr Lie was able to put my mind at rest with careful explanations regarding my options and a clear description of the procedure I would be subject to. He also listened patiently whilst I expressed my views and concerns and he was able to reassure me on most points or provide an alternative solution.
